Cosy day!

Cosy day for you!

How often do we think we do not have enough time to have a relaxing day for us. However, this 2022, I empowered myself to look more for those special moments. To be honest, I sometimes feel overwhelmed after a stressful day.

Sometimes we forget about the importance of taking care of ourselves and loving ourselves more. Therefore, I started some minor changes which will help me to look for those precious times and have major success!!

Let me introduce you to the essentials for those days:

Meditating: is a great way to start my morning routine when I feel overwhelmed, bringing to me calming and positive thought that helps me to remember how great is to be alive.  You should choose a place where feel comfortable. Usually, I start my morning by praying, and also doing my devotional,  it helps me to connect with my spiritual side.

Cyclin or walking is another way to relax and make us feel better, sometimes it is hard to begin any sport, however, I always feel much better.

This day I decide to go for a big walk, this was marvellous to disconnect from social media and just take the time to enjoy :-).

Treat yourself with a nice film, maybe with a delicious meal, coffee or your favourite tea.

These small moments are great for rest and disconnect, so we can be more productive in our goals and dreams, maybe coffee is not a big deal for you, but the point is to make those moments for us :-)

Create a peaceful environment- the sofa is my favourite spot. I start to light a few scented candles, have a snack and finally take my favourite book of the moment and just relax!!!!
This week I am reading a book called "Destined for success" by Dante Gebel. I am devouring it, in this book the author talk about passionate messages that can inspire our lives.

"Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you"

  1. THANK YOU! This post has inspired me. Sometimes we so prone to forget to be grateful for what we have and look up to say thank you for everything. God bless you, Paola. Keep posting this kind of stuff, please.
